i need a Cheap Tutu that i can use for a costume?
this halloween i am planning on making a costume that involves a tutu and i need to find a website with cheap ones in red, black, or white. if you have any info, please share!
make one..thats what i did..go to wal-mart..and get that mesh stuff…and then some alastic..and make it…i was a ballerina for halloween and it worked for me..
